Issues discussed WPs and project development in spring-summer 2021 in the times of pandemic: what to do and how
What partners can do and which cooperation strategies can be chosen to achieve the best results in all WPs under the C-19 conditions.
What can be done to reduce the potential overloading and stress of the people involved, but keeping the project standards high.
Decisions taken WP 4. E-course
4.1. EU partners will prepare the guidelines by April 1, 2021
4.2 Workshops will be held in early May, 2021. The sessions will be in the afternoon. The course will be held in Moodle.
The UA partners will upload this e-course on their own university platforms (the most common platform is Moodle, but other platforms were mentioned too).
For this WP, using materials from other CLIL courses can be a good option.
Translanguaging. The content will be in Ukrainian with examples from English and other languages.
WP2. Curriculum development
UA partners continue updating their curricula. UA partners are working on their outcomes at the moment.
Ask Erasmus Office UA to extend the session and consult on curriculum development process on Feb 11.
WP3. CLIL methodology and new courses
It is necessary to acquire and adapt the European experience, but at the same time to observe the Ukrainian principles of documentation and reporting.
11 Feb, 14.00 – Seminar on syllabus development from Erasmus Office Ukraine
18 Feb, 14.00 – Seminar on syllabus development from EU partners (1h from every EU partner)
22 Feb-17Apr – Syllabus development is done in teams. The team includes 1-2 representatives from every UA partner and the team is guided by a EU partner. Partners will work in shared resources like google doc etc., final syllabi should be uploaded into the dropbox. Written communication should be always between all the people involved in the development of this particular course, P1 should be cc.
18 Apr – deadline for the syllabus development
19 Apr – submitting the syllabus for the external evaluation to Erasmus Office Ukraine.
15 August – improving the drawbacks in the syllabi and developing all the materials for 8 new courses
WP5: Multilingual strategy
Wave 2 for the survey is required.
P1 and P5 will meet in February to discuss how to reduce the previous survey excluding the sections on curriculum.
WP6: Quality
P11 will develop questionnaires on quality control.
Partners will meet 22-26 February to discuss quality control after the webinars on syllabus development
WP7: Dissemination
Project website works. Partners should update their project pages on the university main site.
Dissemination should be improved by all partners despite the quarantine.
WP 8: Management
As P4 has left the partnership, 4,700 EU should be redistributed. Partners previously agreed to shift this money to buy books for the UA partners.
If partners do not provide other ideas by Feb 9, the new version of the budget will be sent out for agreement.
Interim report
In June, the partnership should submit the interim report.
WP leader + 1 partner prepare the report by April 30, 2021.
May 1-14 – all partners get acquainted with the reports
By May 13, all JDs and TShs should be submitted to P1
14 May – management meeting “Project report discussion”
E-report will be prepared by Kristjan Klauks, Kristina Kallas, Oleksandra Golovko
P1 will inquire from Brussels how an accountant should be paid (technical or administrative staff)
