The representatives of Ukrainian partner universities of the MultiEd project completed an internship at the University of Tartu (Estonia) on the topic “Juri Lotman and Semiotics of Culture: Culture, Text, Translation, New Media, Cultural Memory, Semiosphere” from July 5 to 15, 2022.
The course program comprises a series of lectures and seminars in the field of cultural semiotics: “Culture, languages, texts”, “Culture as memory”, “Space and text: semiotics of the city”, “Translation and intersemiotic processes in culture”, “Transmediality”, “Digital Semiosphere”, “Ecosemiotics”. The team also worked on the final version of the manual “Language, Culture and Society”, which is based on the CLIL method of teaching. The developed materials will be implemented in the educational process of partner universities.
